The Journey

YOUR MOB Indigenous Consulting was born in 2017; and in 2018 yourmob.org was created. Shortly after, it was identified that most organisations in Australia were not culturally aware. They all had common barriers that they were working through (time, money, limited resources) and did not know who to approach to help them with their cultural awareness problems. Briefly after, YOUR MOB's face-to-face cultural awarness courses were put onto an online platform called - YOUR MOB LEARNING

FAQ

  • How and when can my staff members complete these courses?

    If you purchase the course bundle, most organisations make the "Indigenous Cultural Awarness Foundations Course" a part of their staff induction program. Once a new staff member has completed it, they simply email the completion email to their line manager. Exisiting staff members can complete the same course within a month from recieving it and the next course within 3-6 months. They should always remember to email their completion email to line managers or compliance officers for proof of training.

  • What is the duration of these courses and how long will I have access for?

    The "Indigenous Cultural Awareness Foundations Course" can take approximately 2-3 hours to complete and the "Work Ready Indigenous Cultural Awarness Course" takes approximately 8-10 hours. All users have access for 12 months and can access the course 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All courses are self-paced.

  • How do I give course access to other employees in my organisation?

    Once you have paid for your course bundle (unlimited users), you will get a coupon. Send this coupon to your employees and they can login to the yourmoblearning.org website and create their own profile. You cannot share coupon codes on public forums or websites. It has to be communicated internally.

  • Can I use my course bundle (unlimited access) over many locations?

    You can only give access to all employees who work within your organisation and its corresponding Australian Business Number (ABN). It does not matter what your business location is. However, you cannot give other individuals access to these courses who work for another organisation and have a seperate ABN to your own. This same principle applies if you are a seperate entity. If they have a different ABN and/or a different entity to your own, they will need to purchase these courses themselves.

  • If I purchase the course bundle do I get access to all courses at once?

    Yes. You get access to all courses and products instantly when payment is made. Just keep in mind periodic updates are made to keep the courses and products current.

  • What do I do if I have a question or techinical difficulty?

    Just email [email protected] and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

  • Does YOUR MOB LEARNING like feedback?

    Yes we do! We update our curriculum regularly and with your feedback, we plan to make our courses industry specific. These will be rolled out bi-annually in most cases.

  • Can I get a refund?
