interesting from a non indigenous white australian perspective who was educated in a government school mid 60s to mid 70s.Answered a lot of questions for me as I had friends in highschool who were indigenous and it has only been in the last 15 or so years that i have learnt of australias true history....not what i was taught in history at highschool.I find it sad that it has taken till now to learn the truth and it is something that I find so very very interesting and also some of this i find disturbing(massacres etc)(stolen generation)Ironically one of my indigenous friends from 40years ago ive started communicating with on social media...I now understand through reading books etc what she has physically had to deal with in our lifetime.I do hope I see in my lifetime education provided to all australian about the 1st australians and it is embraced and these anscestors of 1st australians recieve the respect that they truly deserve.

  • What is the best way to use these courses?

    The Induction 1.0 course is a perfect induction tool for new staff. The Foundations 2.0 course has everything in the 1.0 course but goes into deeper details with relevant videos; it is a great fit for staff members who have had some exposure to Indigenous cultures. The Foundations Plus Course 3.0 goes into comprehensive detail of the foundations course and more. This course is great for decision makers and staff members who work closely with Indigenous individuals and communities.

  • What is the duration of these courses and how long do I have access for?

    The following courses go for approximately: Induction Course 1.0 - 30mins. Foundations Course 2.0 - 2 hours. Foundations Plus Course 3.0 - 4 hours. All users have access for 12 months and can access the course 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All courses are self-paced.

  • Which course bundle should I purchase?

    If you are a small-to-medium size business it is most likely that this is the best course bundle (on this page) for you, as all courses are hosted on our website and Learning Management System (LMS). You can access it 24/7. However, If you have a large-to-medium sized company with many staff and you have your own LMS, the better fit for your business would be to host our courses on your LMS. You will see this course package on our website homepage.

  • Can I host these courses on my own LMS?

    No. On this course bundle you cannot host your courses on your LMS. However we do have another course package if you want to do that.

  • If I purchase the course bundle do I get access to all courses at once?

    Yes. You get access to all courses and products instantly when payment is made. Just keep in mind periodic updates are made to all online Indigenous products. All learning courses can be accessed via your LMS and our LMS; however, our Indigenous products can only be accessed by our LMS.

  • What do I do if I have a question or techinical difficulty?

    Just email [email protected] and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

  • Can I run reports for user start and completion rates?

    Yes you can. If you have our courses hosted on your own LMS you can run your own reports through it. If you want to run reports throught our LMS we will give you a unique link to do so.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Of course you can! Please send a refund request via email ([email protected]) within 14 days of purchasing your course/bundle, and we will give you a full refund.

  • Does YOUR MOB LEARNING like feedback?

    Yes we do! We update our curriculum regularly and with your feedback, we plan to make our courses industry specific. These will be rolled out bi-annually in most cases.
