Once a new staff member has completed it, they simply email the completion email to their line manager. Exisiting staff members can complete the same course within a month from recieving it and the next course within 3-6 months. They should always remember to email their completion email to line managers or compliance officers for proof of training.

You can only give access to all employees who work within your organisation and its corresponding Australian Business Number (ABN). It does not matter what your business location is. However, you cannot give other individuals access to these courses who work for another organisation and have a seperate ABN to your own. This same principle applies if you are a seperate entity. If they have a different ABN and/or a different entity to your own, they will need to purchase these courses themselves.
